Big Canoe July 5th Celebration
Big Canoe needs volunteers to help with our 4th of July celebration (this year held on July 5th). We need people that can serve as field monitors or as parking lot attedence.
Field Monitors:
Duty: Direct attendees where it’s allowed to set up their chairs, impose rules of the event (no personal tents, roping, tables, pets) Public Works will paint areas allowed for chair set up.
Physical Requirement: standing and walking around the field
Parking Lot Attendants:
Duty: Help direct cars where parking is available on the three tier parking lot. Monitor and impose rules on drop off area only where parking is not allowed (will discuss this more as it gets closer to date).Ensure those coming to set up do not block parking spots/save spots for later.
Physical requirement: Standing and walking around the 3 tier parking lot during shift.
