Sound the Alarm June 21st

Dawson County Emergency Services needs VOLUNTEERS to help execute their SOUND THE ALARM EVENT!

Three neighborhoods have been selected where DCEMS and volunteers will go door to door checking smoke alarms or installing new ones at NO COST. 

There will be teams of 3 visiting homes

  • one will be installing smoke alarms

  • one will be doing paperwork and handing out fire safety literature

  • the third will help the person installing 

Where: Dawson County Emergency Services Station 1 (393 Memory Lane)

When: Volunteers will meet at Station 1 (393 Memory Lane) at 8:30 on Saturday, June 21st. The actual event starts at 9:00 and runs until 2:00.
